(July 2011) Jerram Falkus has recently signed the contracts for works on two schools.

At Royal Docks Community School, the works consist of the remodelling of the interior spaces to accommodate a PLMD wing, improved dining space and relocation of drama studio. In addition, the school is getting a 3G (MUGA) facility. Financial Close was achieved in March 2011 and work is now progressing well on the PLMD wing and the drama studio. In the summer, Jerram Falkus will start work on the dining hall.

At Avenue Primary School, Jerram Falkus will be providing a new classroom block, a new sports hall and reception block. In addition, refurbishment work and associated mechanical and electrical upgrades will be provided. Financial Close was achieved in early July 2011, and works are due to start in the coming weeks.
